Basic Environmental Law Training Course

Wednesday, November 1; 9am–4:30pm Limited class size | CEUs available Cost: $40 (lunch included) *Registration Required* — Please enter participants' names & any dietary restrictions in the Comments section at checkout The Capital Area Regional Environmental Task Force (RETF) is proud to offer this training opportunity. Certified instructors from various Texas agencies will provide insight and information about the growing problem of illegal dumping and other environmental crimes. Subject areas include public nuisance, solid waste violations, illegal dumping, illegal outdoor burning, and water pollution. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs): The course provides six (6) hours of TCOLE, Code Enforcement, or Sanitarian and four (4) hours of OSSF CEUs for all participants. Cancellation Policy: Registration may be canceled if our office receives a request within seven (7) business days before the class begins. There will be a $10 administrative fee for processing the refund. You or your agency will be invoiced for classes that you have registered for, even if you do not attend, or if you fail to cancel within 7 business days prior to class start date.
