In recent years, stakeholders in Texas have worked to bring forward a formal Recycling Market Development Plan that is tied to market development-oriented legislation in the state government. In this workshop, individuals who have shepherded the process forward in Texas lay out their journey of building support for a regional market development system and invite attendees to engage in a dialogue and offer recommendations based on experiences in their own regions.
