STAR is led by a group of volunteers from across the state of Texas who represent government and private industry to provide a balanced outlook and vision for the organization. These leaders are passionate about STAR’s mission and provide both expertise and passion in our pursuit of a more fiscally and environmentally sustainable Texas.
